The First Initial Meeting of The Nations of the World

The Chairman was shocked by the letter, he had been very close with king kensington. He knew that he was going to have a hard time dealing with this, how could this happen he kept thinking. He then went on to thinking about what the prince and more importantly kesingtons son had asked, he would keep this a secret until it was publicly announced.

OOC: Weren't we supposed to start this today?

OOC: I believe so. But Brander I guess is the self appointed president of the convention for now.

Everyone is arriving today, it was a slow sunday for people. 00C: You all may start if you liked

President Howard decided it was best to remain in CT due to the recent events. So he decided to send the appointed and approved GA representative Rick Perry in his place.

Brighton arrived in New York to the hotel that Brander arranged for him. He was depressed and really didn't want to be there. He hadn't appointed a GA rep yet so he had to be there. He couldn't wait for it to be over.

Mr. Brander was late because the first flight on his new G550 ran into bad weather, he was just happy to be safe. He found out later that the meeting had not started yet and that many have been delayed. He was happy to be in the NOTW hq. He walked into the room and waved to everyone, "hello all!"

Brighton walked into the HQ and saw Brander. He immediately walked over and tapped on his shoulder to get his attention.

Rick Perry just waved. He didn't mean to be disrespectful. But he had over 150 notes from Howard about issues that might pop up and what was the official Central Texas position. He was reviewing them since he got there.

OOC: Yeah I forgot

IC: Who he thought was Brander was actually his GA Rep. "I'm so sorry sir. I thought you were someone else."

Brander saw the young prince, New king walking around a little confused, He yell across the room, Brighton, over here!"

OOC: Now I'm confused lol

OOC: So am I...did you tap Perry? Cause he was waving to brander! So.....just walk over to brander.....I guess....

Brighton turned around and saw Brander. He walked over surprised. "What are you doing here?"

Occ: are we not at the main floor of the noth hq.

Perry checked the time. And for the first time since he sat down looked up.
"Should we get started then?"

OOC: well I thought we were sending our GA Reps to this meeting

OOC: Howard proposed it but no one answered. And Howard sent Perry because of those attacks.

Carson was in a bad mood as he and his GA Representative, Gelar Baganu, arrived at the NOTW HQ. Scott was depressed ever since he heard the news of the passing of King Kensington, but this mood was exaggerated by the fourteen hour delay his flight had experienced coming into New York City. He supposed that security had been tightened due to the recent terrorism scare.

As he entered the room, he saw the new king, Brighton, had already arrived. Scott had known the man for some time and he recalled that fateful trip the prince had made to the United Confederal Republics when he was caught up in a kidnapping attempt on Carson. Scott knew that Brighton would be a great king for his people.

Gelar Baganu was in much higher spirits than his President. This would be his first official meeting in his new capacity as GA Representative, and he looked forward to meeting his fellow ambassadors and some world leaders.

The Amero Union had to send a representative to NYC for the meeting. They wanted to send someone who many young Amero's were following. They decided to send the Governor of Sonora, Gov. Ronaldo walked onto the main floor and was amazed at how big the room was, he felt like he really had made it. He found the desk set up with the A.U. sign on it and sat down. He loved how he felt, the chair was probably more then what is home was worth. He smiled and started to prepare in his head.

OOC: Ummmm didn't that happen around 150 years ago?

IC: Since noone was taking charge Perry deciding to spearhead things He went up to the podium.

"If everyone may take their seats, we will begin with section two of general provisions."

OOC: Yes, but I decided to update things.

Carson turned to Gelar. "If you think you have things handled here, I have some business to take care of elsewhere." Gelar nodded in response and Carson turned to leave the room, the large doors thudding shut behind him. Gelar moved down the aisle to the desk labeled "UCR" and sat down.
