You can find that in the analysis thing. You can change it to be Arms instead of the day's current census.

Could I suggest something. On the technologies increase the cost perhaps if you don't meet the requirements. For instance Missouri doesn't have a large mining sector but does rate a 23 on the  Intelligence/education score. So it may not be we can't figure out how to build a nuclear reactor, we just don't have uranium. So what if we just import it? Also you didn't include simple General infantry in the units

What about something like the iron dome to defend against incoming missiles attack, Seeing my nations stats and technology skill, I would think We would be able to build some sort of missile defense system.

Conventional missiles are free and do not be declared. But we can add anti-missile defense technology. And CSM I feel we could work something out like that for nuclear technology. But for bio and chem weapons I rather we keep it the same. Also I didn't include general infantry on it's own. There are two types. The mechanized and the motorized(Just added forget it). Which provides for two types of battle possibilities instead of just unit. It makes things more interesting.

That's what I was talking about specifically. The other ones depend on on your weaponization, or something like that, which I'm pretty much in complete agreement with. There's no way a nation like Belize is going to come up with the same high end weapons as the United States or Great Britain unless one of us just hands them over on a silver platter to them.

Currently I am also working on a war list(Basically the application to have battle rps). The problem with me doing it on my own is updating it. So how about for your first time I'll post the amount. But every time after that(Unless you require help. And I will make a separate thread for that) it's on your own.

But how do you guys feel about this. If you have a defense budget of 10% and over, AND you have an thriving economy. You can develop your own classes(Though you may not sell them. Because to do that would make everything confusing) within realistic time and psychical restraints like you can't build like a mind controller from red alert. But you can build a new kind of gun for your specOps unit.

Also brander remember Hawaii for the first test battle rp we could have with the Lewis nation and yours. Over who has Hawaii since I gave plot one Hawaii in the colored map.

That sounds great for the battle but i do not know if he is active at the moment enought, also I think 10 percent is to low to develop your own weapons. Maybe that is just me though, but we should have an amount that you can sell weapons you make, that is my nations major product and industry

Again like I said that can develop into something really confusing. Because I have to add up sales and such and at one point, I'm just going to say. You know what to hell with this do it on your own! So I recommend for now we shy away from that. And I feel 10 percent is good enough. I guess we could lower it to 7.5%.

I think you are right that the creating and selling weapons can be very confusing, I think if a nation wanted to hand weapons to another I guess that is possible even in the real world we see it happen

Well I suggest the DC(As an OOC thing) regulate the prices of units. Also if a country develops a new kind of unit. Well the DC decides it's price(The creator nation must agree to the price that way it can't be super expensive). And then a country can buy it. The DC can also say how many of the weapon is in each unit. Also a country can sell them via rp. But they would have to give something in return. I'll work out the kinks later.

I removed the arms and mining requirements. And just made everything more expensive. It should be in technologies. Also it isn't in this post. It is a different thread...that the AU hasn't made a sticky. Along with the new discussion page. It is 50 credits if memory serves.
