"The Drug Market" RP by NCR

For the sake of RP and RP facts........by saying the cuba area(part of plot 15) makes drugs. You are controlling it in which is against the rules I believe. RP...Also in our world cuba may have not ever existed(As we have yet to make a world history.) Also didn't we agree that you can't occupy unclaimed plots? Or attack them...or rp in them? I just want a general discussion on this as this RP does present a complex situation...

I believe it can be explored as long as its not being claimed by someone that already owns a plot.

But the thing is. This will leave a rather complex situation within RP. Because in RP other governments do exist but rather just aren't part of the NOTW yet...so would they really let some random country barge in? Also this leaves something that the plot owner doesn't want to do in the future. And before you say they can just stop it. Bear in mind it just creates complex situations. So for now I suggest no RP involving unclaimed plots. That way in the future it doesn't create awkward situations.
