How do you guys feel about this. RP pop=1/10 of NS pop. This is to stop crazy populations from being formed.

I like that if people all agree to it. Maybe we could do 1/4 if people think it is to much.

Personally I think 1/10 fits the bill. With a billion person population you get 100 million which is far more realistic for our time period than 250 million.

Now where do we stand on who is Defense council? last time we talked. It was Central Texas, Amero Union, CSM and Bamivo.

Are we gonna come up with a constitution or anything of that nature?

I believe we are going to call it a charter instead. But I think we are, I believe we will make it an rp event as well. In which each country sends one rep. And there we will make it in new york. But I think we are going to try to make it in a RP context as much as possible.

When will this take place?

I would see us starting it today or tomorrow. But it would need to see other people's opinions. But I say sooner than later.

But for the World Court of justice I feel we should separate nations into regional groups for elections and caucusing. Here is what I have there are 6 groups(7 justices though. The Seventh justice shall be the chief who shall be elected at large on a rotating basis) Anywho here are the assignments I have created.

North America-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,15,20,27

South America-10,11,12,13,14

Africa-17,18,16,19,20,21

Europe-25,24,26,29,30,31,32,33,34,35

Oceania-52,53,54,55,56,57,58,51,49

Asia-36,37,38,39,40,43,42,44,45,41,46,50,47,48

Any thoughts? Or did I miss any plot?

I rather me and the AU finish our presidential meeting first but that should only take a few more posts. But I say tomorrow or Monday.

Monday im leaving for Washington DC for a week.
